Navigator TXM
The Navigator TXM is the newest addition
to the Texa range and the first multi brand Marine diagnostic tool
on the market.
For personal watercraft, inboard and outboard motors, the TXM has
a wide coverage to suit Australia's requirements.
The TXM connects via Bluetooth or via a USB cable to a normal PC
allowing the technician to communicate with the vehicle systems
either on or off board in order to repair problems of an electronic
nature.
It is finally possible to deal with various electronic problems
without having to use the specific tool for each manufacture, by
using a multi-brand product as is already the case within the automotive
sector; and is a serious step forward for the marine technician.
This is due to the fact that the technician’s
task is now, much simpler in terms of practicality, efficiency and
cost. This is a necessary step to take due to the ever growing complexity
of marine vehicles and the greater use of electronics.
We believe that electronics are becoming very important within the
marine sector and our task is to aid the technician as has been
done within the car, truck, bike and agricultural sector. The TXM
will aid technicians within the marine sector.

The second TEXA product within the new marine
range is the TMD (TEXA Mobile Diagnostics). This tool does not only
locate the boats position, but also provides an interesting series
of additional functions such as the activation of specific alarms,
antitheft, driving style monitoring, an accurate servicing management
along with the possibility of remotely analyzing all the ECU parameters.
TMD’s unique feature involves the ability to offer truly remote
diagnosis. All the electronic parameters may be checked via the
Internet on a PC. It will, therefore, be possible to decipher the
fault cause remotely regardless of vehicle position. Information
can be received as to why certain warning lights may be flashing
and the system malfunctioning. Should the vehicle breakdown, the
required equipment will be ready and waiting to carry out the repair,
thus avoiding having to tow the vehicle into the yard/workshop for
repair.
If the fault is of an electronic nature; the repair may be carried
out remotely.
